Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
A replacement will be arranged or a full refund will be issued as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
